All I can think to ask is why?
There's no way that can be enjoyable to ride.
Plus, I would think those bars would be illegal in some states.

I've seen that image a few years back but that one looks updated as the exhaust is a lot longer! Amazing it can be ridden!

Because the result is this thread and the hundreds like it...and the stares everywhere he rides. It's all about the attention and being different.
