Ran across his work awhile back--good shots! Ya could just study his shots, trying to learn what makes them so good, then practice on your own bike...

Seriously, for the cost of a 20" x 30" -- $235 , you could pick up a used EOS 10D kit (or better even) and start shooting your own. Spring for the 48" x 72" -- $995, you can get the body as well as a couple lenses/filters. And that's just a print, not even licensing!

I thought the headers thumbnail had an interesting composition, but then I noticed you can clearly see him crouching in the right-most pipe. Quite distracting. Rest a kinda meh, alright, but I think the wide-angle stuff is just plain overused here.

I'm not really impressed. I like Shaman's better. If he had turned the bike so the sun would shine directly in the direction he was taking the pic from so that it would have lit the front of the tank and radiator it would have been even better.

Hmmm.... My reaction was a 'meh'. I've taken better pics with a $200 pocket camera.

Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

agreed....

taken with my used and abused sd1000 point n shoot.

just like the saying... its not the bike its the rider... its not the camera its the person behind the camera.

granted there are HIGHER quality cameras, but 95% of the ppl with fancy dslr's dont even use them for anything more than what a point n shoot can do.

You do have to admit that the photo with the cargo net stretched across the seat was kinda like fishnet stalkings.

lol, even at high res those are grainy.

Besides, I want pics of my own bike. It's too far from stock now to want to look at a stock pic on my desktop/phone.

Time to get the wife's 30D out...and wash the bike.
