Old School 9'er

I was headed over to my in-laws to mow their lawn this weekend and as I pull into the gas station to get a drink there was a group of bikes. Victory, Harley and the likes (V-Twins), then I noticed the bike sitting to the side. It was a 82' CB900F Super Sport. Perfect shape and 80k on the clock! Original owner also! Said all he's ever done to it was change the fluids.

Anyway, thought you might like to see it. Pics kind of suck since they were taken from my phone.

Wow! Beautiful.
I had a 1982 Nighthawk 750 (CB750SC), gave it up in 1998 for a Triumph.

Four wheels move the body ... two wheels move the soul.

Too bad the owner's not on this site I'd nominate it for bike of the month just for the condition and the fact that he uses it and not pampers it.

There's your plan and then there's God's plan.........
Your's doesn't matter.

My first streetbike ever was a silver & blue CB900F SS...I bought it when I turned 16.

My dad was less than pleased.

To this day I still can't believe I never wrecked it, as I had only had dirt bike experience to that point.

What happened to it? Lent it to my buddy one night, and he let his brother take a spin on it...a spin right down the road after he misjudged a turn.

The rare red & white CB1100F SS (I believe they only made it in '82?) is, to this day, my favorite Japanese bike of all-time.

I'd love to find one in cherry shape and pick it up...put that bitch in my living room!
