How the roll in Bermuda

On a business trip here for the week. Rented scooters to get around, and saw this guy at one of the beaches. A lot of the younger locals ride these things, the biggest thing allowed on the island is like 150cc or something. So the guys trick out these. I saw some pretty cool Honda's that looked just like the 9er only with a 100cc motor or so. Needless to say they have been blowing by me on my rented Peugot scoot pinned and running 35 mph.

The roads are really fun though even only going 35.

Those things look fun. I was in Bermuda last year on a cruise and I rented one of the 50cc deathcycles from a shop at kings wharf. That thing had crappy brakes, sloppy handling, and needed a good push to go uphill but it was light and fun. I ended up cruising the entire length of the island with my gf on the back and we got some time in at the beach. I think riding there on my cbr or a 919 would be overkill for those roads.

hell ya... i mean you live in this awesome place got cool lil motos why not mod the hell out of them!

150cc is WAY more than plenty to get around town / speeds to 50mph easy.

I like the 7 11 paint job haha

Bermuda's a cool and interesting place! Be sure to take a tour of Hamilton Castle/ Fort Hamilton!

I wish I could remember the Cabbie's name from when I was there in 2007...he was a good bloke!

Yeah it was a fun trip. the rental scooter was indeed a total piece of shit, the light would go out for a second when I hit bumps, the brakes barely worked and it had no power. But man was it still fun to buzz around on....
