Cool video. What's up with the jump? Was this a precursor to supermoto?

Do we have any flat trackers on here? Definitely something I would like trying!

That was TT (tourist trophy) practice before the night show under the lights at the legendary Ascot Park. TT was one of the five disciplines (road race, half mile, mile, short track and TT) you had to compete in in order to win a #1 plate back in the day.

I still have clay that I peeled off our Midget from the very last race ever at Ascot Park - Turkey nite 1990 - setting in a jar here in my office. That place was AWSOME!

Years ago the used to run the AMA flat trackers on the Louisville Downs track. It was a mile long limestone harness racing track. That was some of the best racing I've ever seen. At the end of the night there was a full rubber groove all the way around the track and those guys would haul it with one hand on the front fork tube. Awesome.

The way it worked was you watched a heat/elimination race facing the track, then turned around and watched all the girls showing their boobs until the engines started for the next race. Repeat.

There was a drunk killed there. He wandered onto the track just as the pack turned for the finish line. That was ugly.

Ricky Graham getting it on:

That has to be one of the coolest videos I've seen! Those slow-mo shots, the retro bikes and gear, all of it AWESOME!!!!

There's your plan and then there's God's plan.........
Your's doesn't matter.
