Wow. What a tube steak.

He looks like I looked on a Honda Trail 90, the first time I rode it, when I was 12.............in 1968!

Not a panigale.

I wonder how all the people who complain about him and make fun of him would handle themselves in his situation?

Ah ok, my mistake, looked similar to the Panigale. Putting 'Swag' on it is great. He just needs a mohawk helmet and he'll be set.

I'm sure the little puke, as irrelevant as he truly is, has been totally scripted by his handlers, just like he sure has for everything else he does, breathing included. All a result of the Faustian Pact his parent/parents formed to enable all of this.

Dude... Now I second guess my Kevlar Shift and Draggin jeans. Although the bad spots where he got the worse rash is right where the Kevlar reinforcements are.

And I don't even have draggin jeans, or similar. Anyone have a good all-around riding pant that works as a daily commuter? I can wear jeans at work, so it's been too easy to just wear those, but this reminds me that I'm not protecting the nutz...

Get on those! I'm surprised, you ride with the nice boots all the time but no protective pants??

Draggin are quality made pants that look just like regular jeans. Aside from the stiching and thickness, people can't tell you're wearing moto pants. The Shift ones are decent but not as well made and the denim is not as thick. Design is made for the squidish crowd too but not overly. Joe rocket makes a decent riding pants too with stretch panels similar to track pants above the knee and just below the belt on the rear. Interesting design but I question the protection in those areas. Definitely more comfy at the leaned over riding positions.

You mean in a situation where he clearly doesn't know shit about riding yet goes out and gets a superior performance machine that would kill him in a heartbeat?

Is that what you mean?

Anyone who thinks that jeans are protective, clearly has never slid on pavement. They are better than nothing but not by much. You may as well wear shorts. Call me a squid all you want but I don't wear full gear all the time.

he can afford to do it. if he wants to express himself as a squid, let him.
he can afford the up-keep of whatever image he chooses, most people can't, so they just get angry/jealous.

I mean if you REALLY care about the issue, why not try to get a hold of him and offer him some riding lessons and advice on how to be safer rider so that he can enjoy himself to the fullest... not just getting angry, then making fun him and his ridiculous choice of attire.

and maybe he'll gift you a Ducati.

Kevlar jeans work fine (I wear Slider brand) BUT I add the two items below for that added measure of protection.

Forcefield Action Pro Shorts:

Shift Enforcer Knee/Shin Guards:

No matter how much you push the envelope, it'll still be stationary.
