That is Russian-roulette! He nearly overshot the return landing. He had an exact replica practice jump, but pure insanity. If he had crashed, that would have been the news lead story...

looks like he was going a little too fast when he left the building. he almost landed flat.

It's definitely cool...but the big air even in the X-Games looks higher and cooler AND more dangerous!

When did that insane stunt take place? WTF?! I couldn't stand on top of that structure without leaking a little out of my sphincter!

How did that skateboard dude walk away from that? He landed flat! Not even on the slope.

It's better to have loved and lost than live with the psycho for life!

Yeah no kidding! The free fall drop to ramp connect was insanity! Makes Robby's amazing volcano jump... kinda dullsville.
That skateboarder must now be retired, since the angel that saved him won't be around...

Congrats to both for living... as they raised the stakes for next jumper!

It was just after they rung in the new year. Here's a story I was reading earlier on Speed.com http://motorcycling.speedtv.com/arti...-in-las-vegas/

They didn't show the best profile camera angle, since then it would have been obvious how he overshot the ~50' freefall ramp and nearly bought the farm. I can't imagine anyone outdoing his stunt insanity.. but given the bad job market someone will try.
