Check out new ride

I have been trying to get the Ms. into riding for a while and we decided on something more her speed. I know it is no 919 or a FJR but it gets the job done. 150cc, top speed around 60, and the best part 65-70 MPG. I have a blast zipping by cars that dont expect a scooter to get up to that speed. I still give "the wave" and its great seeing the reaction of the other bikers. Get used to seeing these little guys around.

Looks like a Piaggio. Did you buy it in G'boro or Burlington?

Nice scoot for the wife.

I like it! Not that we need any more two wheel vehicles, but we've actually talked about getting a scooter just to run to the store and on short errands.

Ginger said the other night that she's decided to wave at all scooters or anything on two wheels, she thinks not to do so puts her in the same class as the Harley guys that don't wave...think she has a point.

A great investment for a little lady willing to use it. The fuel savings must be a blessing to the budget.

I love waving on it. it actually makes me smile. since we got it i wave to anything on two wheels as well. even if its a liquorcicle struggling on the curb.
