Question Will my cans set these saddle bags on fire?

Just curious, Im about to ride 700 miles like this. I rarely need luggage but this is one of the times and I went as cheap as possible

That color sets my heart on fire! LOL. You should be good to go. The shields do a pretty good job of keeping the heat away. When I ran stock pipes, I had no issues with my Cortech setup.

Just play. Have fun. Enjoy the game.

Stock shields will keep temps to where human flesh will get warm but not take damage, so your bags should be fine.

Welp, they didnt catch fire but they did leave some ugly marks on the heat shields (which were pristine) which I dont think will come off so Im probably gonna go to slips ons sooner rather than later. Other than that they were fine for 50 bucks.

Kinda crappy tho I doubt metal cleaner will get it out. Should saddle bags really do this to your cans? Oh wellz.
