Veloce Stola Suit

Well folks WIM-RC51 is going to make me a suit. I figured I would post this up and keep everyone updated in the progress from start to finish. I'm excited to be the first one to have a Veloce suit.

I have asked WIM to make me a one piece suit with a race hump on the back. I'm not too sure of the colors yet.

1st step is getting him my measurements which will be done this weekend.

Will let you guys know more when i know more!!!!

Hey Lil Nin... well, I can't promise you will be the VERY first one to wear a Veloce, but your's is the first officially commissioned one.

By the way guys, the female line will be known as Stola by Veloce. The reason for this is to that the line will have it's own identity.

I have seen that traditionally, manufacturers just take a branch off the male line and "Hey Presto", we have the female line. I want to take a fresh approach. Women are making it happen in this sport, and some are seriously kicking butt! They are warriors in their own right and so deserve their own line made for women. Not as a seperatist act, but to support and respect them in their own right.

With that in mind, the designs will also be respectful of the individuality and uniqueness of the woman rider, and will not patronize her in the sport. We will not have frilly suits or attire or pink outfits. The suits will have the same protection across the entire line, including same grade of leather. The colors might be a little brighter, and of course the cuts will be made to cater to the femine figure - (RC90 & Ragdoll - take note). I again want to thank Sporty for her input here and her feedback.

So.... welcome to Stola by Veloce.

I tell you what, a friend and I are doing a photo shoot with our bikes to send to the troops in IRAQ. Her brother in law is there. If one of you can guess exactly the measure ments I will ask her if we can give the winner a calander. HOwever the measurements will have to be all of the measure ments that WIM needs which i will be getting shortly.

Okay, having never seen you in person. But, being somewhat good at women's measurements. Here goes:

- Height: 5' 1"-2"
- Weight: 108-112 lbs.
- Women's shirt a PS, in Misses a SM (Probably buy girls sizes 14-16 in shirts at times).
- Women's pants usually a 6, at times a 4 or 8 depending tightness in hips with the waist being loose.

Suit measurements:
- Chest: 33" bra size varies by brand 33A-34B, but in standard Victoria Secrets 33A
- Waist: 23"
- Hips: 35"
- Inseam: 26"
- Sleeve length: 28"
- Calf: 12"
- Thigh: 18"
- Upper arm: 11"
- Forearm: 8"

Keep in mind that a woman will need approximately 40-45 different measurements on a "true" custom suit.
