new bucket for my noggin

ok... i had said i was gonna get me a suomy *(i really really really wanted a atlantic city one...) but i went and talked to a knowledgeable friend today *(thanks rc90) and me and mary hung out with him and got to meet his parents..*(great people)... annnnnnnnnyway...he told me that suomy was pretty much like shoei in the way they fit and how they could/would put pressure on the forehead *(which is what my shoei did)... so i made a call to a friend who is a manager of a shop *(which is a nationwide chain) here local... anyway i bought me a arai rx-7 corsair...... .........

paid 339.18 out the door for it......... ....its retail sticker was 689.00......odd thing is.... i used to wear a large... but this is a medium and it fits awesome....

i put on the tinted visor i picked up from rc90 and taaa daaaaa....

I wish you better luck with Arai than I've had.

sikes joke aside... i really can't believe a medium fit me... i have worn large in every brand i have ever owned including my other arai...

now the agv demon is a large... and it could stand to me a tad tighter... but it is ok.... i was wearing it when i wrecked on 10/2/09 and it didnt hit the ground so i am keeping it...

got the same helmet and color etc.

Pros = Light and comfortable, well built, nice liner.
Cons = bit turbulent inside and noisy

The turbulence blowing your comb-over around? Definitely noisy, I can kill the noise if I put a stranglehold on my self at the base of the helmet...not practical for riding though.

Nice lid. Arai Corsairs are my favourite but I have retired both of them.

I've read alot of your posts, so I have a decent idea of what that helmet is protecting.

You WAAAAAYYY over paid.

Kidding ! Thats an unbeliveable price for a new corsair.

It's protective coloration... much like a chameleon, Barton's trying to blend in with all the other old, slow "Q-tips" in Florida...
