KBC Customer Service experience

I recently bought a new KBC VR-2R. I ended up breaking the right-side mechanism that locks the visor in place. (I could use a little more patience!)
My local dealer wanted $40.00 + shipping for one side. I called KBC customer service to see about getting a replacement. I was honest with the rep and told him I broke the damn thing. Didn't matter, the only question they asked me was where to send the free replacement set. Gotta love that!

KBC exchanged a helmet for my brother when the dealer wouldn't swap it for a larger size.They are awesome and I've bought 3 of their helmets.

I had to exchange my ex-wifes helmet (the box was marked medium but the helmet was a large) and the guys at KBC said "no problem", bring it on by (they're only 30 minutes away) and we'll switch'em out. They even gave me a couple of extra face shields.
Now thats some EXCELLENT customer service!

Wow! last time I looked at a kbc I wasn't too impressed with the quality.

Neither was the shop I was in and they no longer carry bkc

New KBC helmets

I have had the VR-2R now for about 2 months and am very happy with it.
It is a new design, very light compared to my HJC and more comfortable IMO.
Great padding and ventilation but not the quietest I have owned. Snell and Dot approved. Pretty good mid-priced lid IMO, cool graphics too
It's not an Arai but I still have my left nut after the purchase.

I think barton has one too, might get his opinion..

I ordered new cheek pads through KBC direct.....didn't have to jump through any hoops with credit card info, ect. New pads arrived shortly thereafter with a bill. Outstanding customer service.
