I just ordered a pair in each color. They look like good knock arounds. Warning: Dude says they run a size small. I wear 11's but ordered 12's. I'll give a fit report when they get here next week.

Shiit man! I don't care bout that. They look like a great deal so I sprung for a couple sets. Makes good financial sense to me. Course a young fashin' conscious homo like youseff might want something a bit more flamboyant. Something to suite your metro/homo'metro way of life.

I don't know what it is about Icon products. It looks like they put out great products, but I can't seem to get myself to buy any of them. Just me, I guess.

Well, I got them. It's the first ICON product I'd bought, and the only reason for that was the 60% off. Well, they are on the small size, so the 12's that I bought fit my 11 feet perfectly. The quality looks good as does the look. The fit is comfy and soles look good. I got the tan and a black pair. I'd have had them be a couple inches higher, but WTF. These are gonna be walk around boots and casual enduro boots. I already have riding boots. BTW, shipping was free and no tax. I know, it's ICON and they are cheesedicks, but ya gotta look at it from an economic standpoint. I'll slip a shot of them into this thread then you chicken pricks can look em over for yourself unless you think it violates your man card oath.

+1 the Altima speed laces are great riding boots. One of the things that sucks about being out is my supply of free gear like that is dwindling.I`m on my last pair now after that I`m hitting up Ranger Joes.

The boots have been found to be comfortable and give excellent traction when following 10 and 8 year old son's through the muddy and rocky terain found in our local creek bottom. They inspired me to perform maneuvers that I have not done in 40 years, causing my youngest son to fear for his daddy's life.

So far the ghei content of these boots have registered a flatline 0% as of this time. Those who have stated that this footwear is ghei must certainly and secretly be yearning to carresss man-toob other than their own.

Thankyou.

I should also add that I think these boots seem pretty well made. Nice thick leather uppers, and I like the fact that it has armor plates on the ankle areas. For casual riding, they work well enough, but if I were to do some hard riding, I'll wear my A-Stars.

Exactly. I bought them for knock around shoes/boots. I am going to replace the short laces though. Casual KLR650 riding here. I always wear my Gaerne's on the 10R. They will keep more meat in one piece if my leg comes off. Easier to find bigger pieces.

Like I said, $50.........can't beat the price with a stick.

How well do they get under the toe shift on the KLR ? I avoided anything with a thick sole to toe pad ratio. still glitch with my ridges dammit.

I actually wear them as street shoes. I'll have to take the KLR out in order to answer your question. Give me a day or two.

They look like boot for the Timberland wearing crowd. Don't forget the baggy jeans and sideways turned ball cap with tag still attached to go with them.

I wouldn't ride in them, but for the price they'd make good thrashing boots for working or stomping through the mud and snow.
