Icon Barrier Jeans

Call me a squid but I now have 2 pieces of Icon gear. It was pissing rain as I picked up the Motard. I stared down at my Levi's and realized they weren't going to cut it. I'd left my suit and even my rain gear back home as I'd flown out to pickup the bike. The denim soaked up water till the pants hung low like one of those teenagers you hate but I was still warm.

Round 2 had 7 hours at Hwy speed spitting rain and mtn passes for low temp and no drama.

Round 3 was walking the girl to the school bus in clogs and no funny looks. The only nitpick would be when they were soaked and heavy the cuff hooked on the peg as I put my foot down. The inner liner let them slide up so there was no Laugh-In tricycle crash.

Coming soon, reveiw of Arai XD lid and Clover overjacket.

I'm pretty happy with my barriers too. +1 for the Laugh-in reference.

I noticed a Thor tag in these also. Not sure if it's been Thor from the begining or they got in later on.

Icon doesn't make you a squid. No gear does. I am an Icon fan.

Motorusher formally known as DirtySanchez919.

I like milsurp gear especially for rain gear. I have a pair of rainpants and a jacket from the canadian forces that fold up really small were only 25$ and are completely waterproof. I also have a gasmask case for a tankbag and 2 FNfal
mag pouches on either side of my headlight(919) for tools.
Also I have some snowboarding pants and other army pants for partially rainproof but breathable gear. Motocross stuff is cool as well.

Here are the mag pouches with a nalgene instead of tools.
