Help with selecting leather jacket

I was looking at getting some gear. I tried on several leather jackets yesterday and couldn't find one with a good fit. I found all to be nearly impossible to get around my forearms(I have t-rex arms) and found all the sleeves to be too long. Also I not as thin as I was 10 years ago. I know the leather is to be a sung fit but it is worthless if I cant move arms, and dosent fit correctly. I found all the leather jackets to be very restricitive and uncomfotable. I would like to get leather but many of the textile ones fight much better. Can anyone recommend a couple of leather jackets to try.

Dainese will custom cut suits for you but I don't know about jackets. You could check that route.

Or lose some weight.

You know... In relation to the rest of it's body, the tyrannosaurus rex has very small arms. So I'm confused. Do you have very small arms and that's why jackets don't fit?

jc - see if there is a Vanson dealer near you where you can try stuff on for fit. Their cut seems to be a bit more generous for muscular cuts. My forearms are 13" in diameter and the Euro jackets don't fit me at all.

ragdoll -want to buy a Spidi Seven new with tags for cheap?

I have short arms(27" in length) and forearms are 14" diameter. Maybe popeye arms would be a better term.

It's an XL in Euro Spidi size, which is about the same as an M over here well maybe more like an L. 20 bucks x 15 and it's yours

Isn't there a size number on the jacket? e.g. 54, 56 etc.

I think Vanson will custom make jackets and paints. My memory is a little fuzzy on this, but i think if you find a local Vason Retailer they will measure you and put the order in.

Thank you all for your input. Looks like my only option is to go the custom route. Thanks again.

It's not as bad as you think, getting something custom, just have a little extra patience.
