Forma Boots

I tried on some Forma touring boots at the track during MotoGP, they fit great and I should have bought them there but didn't want to lug them around for the whole race. Finally tracked down the US distributor:

CIMA INTERNATIONAL
1585 BEVERLY COURT, 188 AURORA, IL 60502 USA
TEL. ++1 630 701 1601 FAX. ++1 630 701 1606

They're old school, no website to order from, you just have to look at the Italian website and then call in your order. I ordered the Street Evo boots today, $199, n/c shipping. When I tried them on at the track I was very impressed with how well they fit, how light they were, and the quality of their construction. Thought others might be interested as well, here's the Forma factory website:

I may well get some of the Veloce boots but these are a different type of boot, more suited to touring on my FJR, all weather type boot than a sport/track boot.

Plus I've tried on seemingly dozens of boots and these Formas were by far the most comfortable, can't pass that up. Forma's better known in the motocross world and Europe, haven't really made a dent in the street market here.

Those are nice boots. I really like those GT ones, too bad they only have 2 women's styles.

I tried on some of those GT boots, would be well suited to adventure/dual sport riding. A bit too clunky to ride a sport or touring bike, think shifting would be tough.
