Fieldsheer - customer service...
I bought Fieldsheer adventure pants and jacket last fall.
In a short time I had problems with a zipper. Not too long after I had a problem with a snap. It kinda pissed me off, however it was the beginnign of cold weather riding season and I needed the apparel. So I continued on using them, but frustrated none the less.
I really liked the stuff, but the two mishaps early on had soured my opinion.
Fast forward... New Enough has a sale on MotoGP pants and Jacket. I buy them (lighter weight than my Fieldsheer) and decide they will do in the spring weather.
At the request of a friend who swears by fieldsheer, I called their customer service, explained the clothoes were 6 months old, ridden in the rain and mud etc... Explained about the zipper and snap. The customer service rep asked if I would box them up and weight them. I did.
Next day, I am emails a UPS label. I put it on the box and drop them off.
Two weeks later, my suit arrives at the house and the zipper and sanp have been replaced. The repair looks excellent and I could have only been happier if they had called or emailed to have given me a status.
Overall, i am very happy and would by Fieldsheer products with out fear.
