Boo Frank Thomas

I just had my first extended outing in the rain today and to prepare for it I purchased some Frank Thomas Aqua boots (supposedly waterproof). After I got back from the ride, my socks were wet! Thumbs down to Frank Thomas. I'm gonna have to get some shoe goo or something to try and seal the seams.

If you bought them from cycle gear, they have a no questions asked return policy and should take them back if you're not satisfied.

Dang, I did buy them from CG. But that doesn't excuse Frank Thomas for making an unacceptable product.

Yes, that is a stupid question. Actually, you're probably an intelligent person making sure I'm not one of the people of lower IQ. But to answer your question... Over the Top. Just like Stallone.

Alpinestars Ridge, Recon or Gore-Tex Effex boots. Anything else is just inferior.

Not to derail further, but I used to do internet tech support and there was more than one occasion where I asked if the phone line was plugged in and sometimes they would just hang up cause they were so embarrassed!
