ANZAC riders jacket

I bought one of these for the winter months.

Armour in elbows, shoulders and back. Nice tall collar to fit around scarf and keep wind out. Very happy so far.

I've had exactly the same jacket for about 3 yrs or so. I took the hoodie part off, never used. I mostly use mine when riding a DRZ400E, so lots of off road stuff. Been through heaps of nasty bush, fallen hard several times. The jacket and myself have held together.
I got mine a size too large. Good in winter with extra layers on but not so good in summer on the 919. The problem was at great speed, without a jacket liner, t-shirt underneath, the jacket was too loose and would flap madly at my shoulders.
A proper fit would no doubt have fixed this. As is it makes a great adventure style jacket for me. Very comfortable, mine has loads of room! Warm too.
I sprayed mine with a waterproof product.

Good to hear it's a sturdy item! The hood has gone from mine too - can't see its usefulness, but everything else is just fine.
