Howdy Ed. I don't live anywhere near you but I stayed at a Holliday in express last night with some hookers and a shit load of blow.

I was in the Kwak shop out here in Goleta California last week and the guy tried to take me off of my ZX10R and fit me to a Z1000 Ninja.

I sat on it and was impressed by the upright stance and damned if I didn't like the looks to boot!

I perused the Versys 650, the ZX14 and sat on the newest KLR650 as I have a 2005 version.

Strapped for cash doesn't leave me much wiggle room, so it was basically a dry run. I grabbed my sack-o-oil filters and crush washers and hit the road.

I had a zx10 prior to the z1000. I really liked it but I love my z!! And it's a lot more forgiving on my bad shoulder.

Welcome Ed. Z1000 is a very nice bike. I have my eye on a Ninja 1000 as a possible next ride. Kawi has a really nice lineup right now.
