Wassup everybody!

Hey, I'm Corey from Virginia Beach. I usually frequent the honda599.com
site. Just figured i'd make some more friends over here as well. I obviously
ride an '04 599 yellow and i love it. Messed around on my bro's gixxer before
and my buddy used to have a katana that a i rode a couple times but this
is my first bike. I've had it since July '06. I commute just about everyday
but the bikes the only thing i don't like to ride wet so if rain is in the
forecast, i'm cagin' it. Anyway look forward to shootin' the **** with you all
and will post some pics soon.

You ought to hook up with Simpson and Hondaf4iguy, you're in their neighborhood.

Welcome yeroC
I can relate to the commuting deal. Takes the edge off gas cost eh?
I was caught in the rain coming home from work last week. Luckilly, I had rain gear with me and other than trashing the bike, it wasn't so bad. Just be gentle with all the inputs, then give 'er a good wash when your done (don't forget to lube the chain!) and prove to your co-workers that you're a bigger nut than they imagine...

I plan to die young, as late as possible.

Welcome to the site.

Let's hope for minimal 'bad weather' on the 'right' coast this year.

Thanks for the warm welcomes now where's the cold beers?? I'm definitely
diggin the site.
Yeah i'm lovin' the 599. It's a load of fun, i'm having a blast on it. It's
surely not a superbike, and nowhere near as quick as my homies 954 but it
does everything i ask of it and does it well. Plus it's a looker so i get
compliments from people i don't expect to. Maybe one day i'll upgrade to
a 919 or a 990 Superduke(yeah right) but for right now it's all gravy and
mashed potatoes with me and the 599!

Thanks for the link to this site Ken!!

f4iguy wouldn't steal it, he rides a Brit bike. Their valve caps rotate the other way to tighten.

LOL!!! Nah i'm not missing a valve cap. Maybe it's the angle, but thanks
for asking. I got some cool gold/yellow ones on there.
