'nother 919er

Grettings,

Names' Mike. I've been watching the WR naked bike forum for a couple months now, found it thru 919.org. I live in Northern California, about 70 miles north of the Golden Gate, in Sonoma County. Bought my first bike, a Honda Shadow VLX 600, 5 years ago. It was a fun first bike, built like a tank. I enjoyed it a lot, but while buying accessories for it, I discovered the 919 one day, and fell in love. I watched it for several years, and finally bought a new 2007 919. With a couple months and about 3k miles under our belt we are loving life right now. The 9er is everything I dreamed she would be. Been spending most of my time (and money) upgrading my riding gear for a while now, but hope to start on the cosmetic mod's in the not to distant future. Anyway, wanted to say howdy, introduce myself, and say thanks for all the great info.

Cheers!

Greetings Phoenon! Fine choice the 919; although some of us tend to be biased. Too many cosmetic mods. will qualify you for Modaholics Anonymous.

Weclome!
Santa Rosa rocks! I lived in the bay area for five years and loved the riding! Nappa Valley, Shasta, Tahoe.... Oh man!
Enjoy the 9r out there man.

I plan to die young, as late as possible.

Sorry, Mike quota has been reached. We'll call you Carl instead.

Welcome aboard! You do know it's a bannable offense to fail the posting of pictures of the aforementioned 919, right?
