New guy from Brooklyn NY

Hello guys, I just signed up because I just bought an '02 Honda 919 and this is my first street bike. Figured I could pick up some helpful stuff here. I was looking to get a Ducati monster but couldn't really afford it. I've been riding about 4 years now (seasonally). I've owned 4 bikes. '85 Honda rebel, '72 Yammy DT2, and an XS650 hardtail. Recently sold the XS to purchase the 919. Here are some pics of the bikes. Any advide other than take it easy on the 919.

Thanks again. I just took it out for the first time and i absolutely LOVE the 919! The clutch seemed a little hard to pull but the graceful power was impressive to say the least. Is this because its fuel injected or what? Is the 919 just that cool of a bike?

Lube the clutch cable, or replace it.

Thanks for the reply. Turns out the PO just had the clutch lever set WAY too tight. A quick adjustment and it's nice and easy now. I'm already looking into heated gear so I can ride through the winter with this one. Might just be my favorite bike in the stable.
