Talking New 919 owner in Revelstoke, BC

Hey everyone!

I'm picking up a 2003 919 today and I am pretty dang excited!

I bought myself a KLR650 a few years ago as I wanted to get some serious time riding in before I graduated to something with a little more 'get up and go' power..

The guy I'm purchasing from I believe was a member of these forums.. The bike is basically done, I think I'll just add some heated handgrips!

Heres what it has as of now..

Renthal Bars
Carbon Fiber front Fender Extender
Leo Vince Stainless/Carbon Fiber Mufflers
Power Commander III
Emissions Bypass Plates/ PAIR System Removed.
Intake Flapper Mod.
Progressive Front Springs
Battery Tender
Stainless Brake Lines (Front & Rear)
Motovation Frame Slider
Sequential & Integrated LED Tail light.
Honda OEM Flyscreen (Unobtanium, brought in from Japan)
Givi hard Luggage
Red LED backlit gauges.
Shorty Levers.

Looking forward to hangin out here & learning!

Nice ride. And welcome.
I just took the OEM windscreen off my bike. So much quieter, wind noise. It's a bugger that the OEM windscreen directs a lot of air onto your helmet.

Bike looks good and clean

Did the PO get the battery tender pig tails somehow in there? Thats my biggest pet peeve right now.....not being able to figure out how to have the pig tail hang out without drilling a hole into the casing.

Hello, welcome, and nice bike. Lots of options if you want, or leave it alone and enjoy. Good idea on the graduation part.
