New 919 owner in Hemet. (IE)

Hey guys, my name's Makar and I just picked up a 2007 919! super excited to ride and be a part of a cool community! Here she is!

Sometimes when I see videos like that I think, "there but for the grace of God go I". Other times I think, "what the hell just happened". It looked like he just fell over. I've had wheel slides before, but there's always some counter steering or corrected movements. That looked like a tip over from a standstill. Anyone have any insight as to how that happens?

Knowing how much torque the T has, especially the Gen 3's, he probably just let the clutch go with a little gas mid-corner. If he didn't have the traction control turned on, that's enough.

road looks messy at 30-31 sec. Maybe he habitually rolled on it out of turn and rear lost it on than slick mess. But who really knows expect maybe him. Metro areas suck for riding a freaking bicycle.....
