Hi Tazzy here

Hi guys,

I am new to this so it will take me some time to understand. I am 52 years old and live in Tasmania Australia. I have a 2007 Hornet 900 purchased Dec 08 it has covered 5000 km. I have fitted a honda screen and ventura rack and bag and am plannig more mods later. I am looking forward to learning more about this site and how to contribute in the future.

Cheers Tazzy.

Hi thanks for the response. Just a little more personal info I am a rider training instructor teaching part time for the last 20 years. Yes the roads are great down here with plenty of corners to hone you your skills. Once again thanks for the warm welcome.

Cheers Tazzy!!!

Welcome aboard Tazzy, I've driven down around Hobart (very short holiday), but am planning on coming down on the bike for a proper tour covering the whole Apple Isle hopefully in the not too distant future. Looking at the maps of Tassie, it certainly is a bikers paradise.

The info you'll absorb from others here on the Hornet, is invaluable. Enjoy.

Ha! +1 on the above.
Welcome Tazzy from over the ditch. I'm interested in the rider training side of things and am looking at setting up a facility here in NZ.

Hi agitator. I hope you have a good time when you come back to visit again. You will find the locals frendly and the roads chalenging with lots of good scenary. The best time to visit weather wise is late summer early autum as it's more stable not to hot or cold. Cheers Tazzy
