Hi, I'm a new member

Hi,
I currently own a 1998 Honda SuperHawk VTR1000F, but have been eyeballing a 919 since the day I got rid of my Hawk GT NT650. I normally try to research all that I can about anything that I'm going to dive into, and landed here.
So far, I'm quite impressed with the posts and corresponding responses. Folks on here appear to be very helpful and accepting of two-wheelers of all flavors.

You found one of the best boards on the net, as far as many of us are concerned (though those that run it are far too humble to say that outright). Welcome!

Welcome! Friends of mine have both the Superhawk and the GT Hawk and both agree that the 919 is one of their favorite Hondas. I'm sure you'd love it as well.

I'm trying to sell my bike right now, but the market is not exactly great right now. A local dealership just assembled a 2007 out of the crate last week, and the trade amount that he wants to give me for my Superhawk is good, but I need to get some stock parts and sell my aftermarket goodies first. The 919 WILL be mine eventually.....

The Hawk-GT was one of my favorite bikes. It will one day become a classic.
Any questions on the 919? Fire away!
Welcome aboard.

Howdy. The Superhawk is an excellent bike. and the old 650 was really cool also. You, my friend, have excellent taste in bikes. Now, go out a get a 919 before they're all gone. Take it from someone who has ridden both you other bikes, you will like the 919
