Hello from the West

Just picked up this 02 9er with 8 k on it. Love the bike, use to race 600’s back in the day. Love the pull of the 919. Suspension is something else, which is how I found this fantastic forum. You folks do a great job here, lots of great information. Keep up the Great Job !

Welcome. Nice clean bike you got there.
Nice pipes.
Yeah the stock 02 spring is firm. Not real comfortable. I think the front springs being mush make it feel worse.

Yep agreed, I picked up some preload fork caps & figured I would grab some springs & change fork oil. Then track down a rear 04-07 shock, have it gone thru.
