Smile Greetings from the Great White North

Came accross this site and enjoyed some of the threads so i though i would jump on board.

I live in Toronto, but am down in the St. Petersbourg FLA area all the time now and need to find a good bike shop to have work done on the bikes.

Can anyone from that area recommend a good shop?

Thanks.

Welcome the board and welcome to Sunny Florida!!!

As for shops, there are some in Pasco county, one county above where you are that are supposed to be pretty good. Just depends on how far you don't mind driving..

Riding is not what I do....it's who I am!

Hello magnum,

If you get to spend a lot of time down in Florida with your bike it must be a sweet life for you. Right now we're getting a late winter snow storm up here in Edmonton. Strange winter this year - almost no snow at all and I was riding to work almost every day in January and first half of February and now we get snow almost every day for the past couple of weeks. Go figure!

Enjoy the sun while your down south but ride careful and keep safe with the right gear and helmet. When I've been down in Orlando for conferences, etc. I was dismayed how many bikers race around without helmets and wearing shorts and sneakers, etc. Might keep them cool in the heat but definitely looked like a "target rich" environment for a neuropsychologist like me! No shortage of people voluntering to put themselves at risk for major brain damage running around unprotected.

Have a good day!
