I have been here a few weeks, but have not introduced myself. My name is Rune and i am from Norway (which is a country and not the capital of sweden as some think) I am part owner of a workshop and my days go by in front of a computer and on the phone. I've had a Suzuki Bandit 600n for the last 7years and still have it, but just bought myself a Hornet 2003 of a relative. He bought it new in 2004 and used it only for a year before it was put away in storage. I'm really looking forward to the summer so i can try it ... only 5 months of snow first! I've already got some useful info and seen many great bikes here
My tattoo artist went to Stavanger for a few weeks at one of the parlors up there! He really enjoyed his stay. As for me, I hope that I can carve the Fjords with my bike one day - I heard that they are truly wornderful!
Nordmann i Australia sier hei.
Bor i Ås. 20min sør for Oslo.
I forgot to mention that I highly recommend Delkevic pipes if you are looking for a good sound + it will help scare off the wolves, bears, moose and reindeer etc. The wolverines will not care though, not sure about the lynx.
Here all we have to look out for are kangaroos (i see dead ones on the side of the road every day) and wombats.
And off course spiders; a bloody big white-tip was in my helmet this morning.
