Another 919

Hi my name is Bret.. and Ive been riding for 2 months.
I picked up a 2005 919 with 13k miles, maybe not the smartest first street bike but I really to enjoy it. Also enjoying this site.

also does anyone out there with a 919 and a Jardine exhaust happen to have a sound clip?

Ill get some pictures later.

Welcome, Bret! Strong recommendation for a motorcycle safety course to keep your enjoyment levels up! Take a look a round and see how far you can get sucked in

Welcome Bret, I too bought a 05 919 in August, this one only had 2700 miles and the previous owner had already done all of the work for me. Dual Yoshimas cans, KN air filter, rear fender kit and small bullet lights on the front. Plus an orginal Honda fly windsheild. I would be interested in how much you paid. I got mine for $5500 before all of the tax, title, stuff.

Thanks for the welcome,
*Already took the MSF course, and got my license.. got to ride a DR125.
*my bike was 3500 + 350ish tax title and license.
*and there is not a single clip/video of a 919 with Jardines, only Yosh and Sato.

*lastly it wasnt really dirt, working up from a tail 70. big steps.

Your not the first one to ask for a clip. I've been meaning to record mine. Hang on I'll go do it now.
Perhaps someone can walk me through the posting process while I go record.
