919 in Alabama

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum. I just bought a leftover '07 919 and love it. It has 1500 miles from the first 10 days I've owned it. In the family we have an ST1300, Nighthawk CB 750, Shadow Spirit 1100, and soon to be a second 919 (My little brother rode mine and is going to look at one today).

I'm looking forward to opening up the full potential of the niner in the future, when funding is available. For now, I'll be doing the budget mods.

I'm also looking for some riding buddies around Auburn, Alabama. If anyone feels like playing around Lake Martin or Mt. Cheaha, let me know.

Awesome, and nice garage! Welcome to the craziness.

I'm in Bham, we could meet up somewhere along 280 and I can show you some great riding in Talladega county and Cheaha park.

Welcome! Nice bunch of bikes you've got there.

Thanks guys. The Honda family has been building over the years. I got confirmation today that my brother got his '02 919 yesterday. And to think, my dad was a Suzuki fan until my XR80 and Rebel and his Nighthawk came along. It's really hard to argue against Honda reliability.
