Orlando Ideas???

Hi all,

This thread is not motorcycle related (although I wish it was). My wife and I got an awesome deal on an Orlando timeshare in a couple of weeks, and we are looking for some fun things to do. We'll probably wait until we have kids to take on the Disney World thing, but if anyone has any recommendations I would love to hear them.

I've already got a tee-time and Celebration Golf Club, but I'm looking for one more round somewhere I think.

We'll probably check out the Kennedy Space Center

And we'll go to at least one beach (gulf side).

Any other thoughts? Restaurants? The official dates are April 18-25.

Thanks guys!

Would it be Vistana that you are staying at ?
Check out Marriott World Center,I have stayed there many times.I don't golf but they have two courses I think. When I stayed other places <cheaper>
I would go there and hang out at their pool and it is an awesome pool.
They also have a seafood buffet that is Great !! Even the locals go to it.I think it is on Friday night.http://www.marriottworldcenter.com/
Have fun.

For the Gulf side this place is cool, Hutchinson Island http://www.visitstluciefla.com/hutchinson_island.html

The last time I was here I stayed at the Marriott and who checks in a few days later Jessee Jackson.
What it was, someone with a huge mansion was giving then president Clinton a huge fund raiser.I think around 1995/6

What a guy! First he offers me dinner then he wants to take me golfing!

Just kidding Barton. I don't think my wife is too keen on the idea of flying across the country and then going on a mini road trip. If only I could somehow bring the 919 with me those 200 miles would be nothing!

I'm thinking of either Shingle Creek or Grande Pines (course where my hotel is located).

Thanks.
