Indiana Motorcycle Expo

Anybody nearby planning on attending the expo today at the State Fairgrounds? We're heading over later this morning to check it out, seems to be a perfect activity for a dreary February Saturday.

Let me know if anyone is going to be there, would like to say hi.

Well it's Indiana so much of the show was dedicated to Harley stuff. Lots of custom bikes on display, there was an awesome 60's Honda Scrambler in the custom contest.

Surprisingly big show, tons of accessories and clothing, we each bought a leather jacket. Not really riding jackets, more poser cool stuff. There was a local vintage club there that I picked up info on, turns out a friend of ours runs it and we didn't even know about it... http://www.indyvinmoto.com/

The tickets to the motorcycle expo also got us into the Boat and Travel show next door, as well as the outdoorsman and fishing show. I figure the boat and RV industries have to be hit pretty hard right now, tons of people out looking though. Pretty cool stuff, not a bad way to spend the afternoon.

Wish I wasn't in Louisville at that time, I would have much rather done that than work a trade show.

Bonneville with a really cool tie die paint job, pic doesn't do justice, the colors were much deeper and brighter.

Also a new '07 919 on display for $6999.
