Colorado - Spring is almost upon us

So, Hey everyone! I hope all had a great Winter. I think it's time to warm the bike up (Comes in the living room for the next month) and get the party started.

I am going to be doing my spring cleaning; fairings off and all components checked and tested. Last year we had a miss-hap with a broken Clutch cable so gonna check all the cables too.

Edited out the need for a chain tool. Found one. Thanks Shadow; you studd

Also would like to start a thread to get together a ride. The roads are still a bit sandy for any real fun riding but I'm thinking some where around April time frame. I know it will still be a bit chilly but the road is calling.

Dude it is definitely time to stretch the legs and go riding. April sounds good to me. We may need to play it by ear with our "Springs" around here.

That was uneventful

Well now, 2012 came and went with a whisper. I say we don't let 2013 get away with that. I plan on putting on some miles this Year. I am changing gears and rear tire this year. Going a bit sportier with a Michelin pilot road 3 and 16 - 43 change up. Hope to see every one out there this year!

Just how many of you guys are from Colorado? I'm planning to move to springs this summer and will also get some bike trips in.

We have a fair number of WT riders here in Colorado. I'm all for having a get together this spring! CMU, you'll be more than welcome here!

I didn't ride hardly at all last year, so I have miles to make up!

Well, fire the engines! Spur this iron space-pony on!

I don't think any of us got to ride with eachother last year. I maybe good for only one group ride this year too. Looks like I will be spending the summer on nights here at work. Plus a new bambino has been thrown into the mix so that cuts my time in half as well.
