Red face Arizona

I saw a 9er yesterday (first I've seen on the road besides my own) but it was banged up pretty bad...any riders 9er or non here from AZ?

Hmm, no other twisters there, eh? Where's the good riding down there? Now's the time to take a jaunt down there (in the morning) for a cheap resort vacation.

I rode a niner in Phoenix last September... I was just visiting and it was a loaner though

One of the best two trips to AZ I've ever had!!!

(The first trip was our honeymoon - got to go mtnbiking in Sedona)

Hey Gopher, have you made a run to Globe yet???
Old mining town about an hour East of you.
That's the only ride I made outside the city limits - a few twisties along with elevation changes. Made a fun trip for me anyways.

Here's some more from the same stop...

I haven't made the full run yet, and sadly enough, I'm about as close as you can get to Globe and still be in the county. Nice pics, looks like you road my two favorite nakeds out there! I'm trying to convince the little lady to make a run up to Pinetop on the 9er (drives through Globe), going to have to keep working on her.

AZ is a nice place to ride (for the majority of the year) which is why I'm surprised there aren't more people who hail from here on the boards.

yeah, quite a poor showing...to say the least.

Whatever, it was a mediocre season, and it we went wayyyy further than we should have.
