when people get cancer they usually loose their hair from the radiation treatments. this can be especially hard on kids, remember what it was like when we were growing up?the least little thing was an excuse for some one to break our stones about somthing or vice versa.
now,try to imagine, for a second, a young boy or girl with big dreams of being a superhero or a princess, having to go to school and be constantly hammered on for having no hair, not only do they have to deal with a horrible disease, but now they have to deal with the stares, comments and ridicule too.
www.stbaldricks.org is a charity that shows kids that, its ok to be bald.
normal everyday people will attend these events and get their head shaved, people from women to top company people to biker/trucker/father/whatever else you can think about me all the way to kids themselves.
i consider you guys and girls as an extention of my family, thats why i shared this with you. i'm not hitting anyone up for donations,if you want to thats cool,if not thats cool too. all i'm asking is that the next time your out and you see a child with a shiney head, don't stare, don't make them feel uncomfortable, just go about your buissness but remember how brave they are.
like i said,i'm not hitting anyone up for donations,if you want too, heres my thing
