Yep, I just saw that and I don't know what to think at the moment whether is a good or bad move on his part until Yamaha announces what's going to happen next year with all of their riders.

Rossi has blurted that there will a be cold day in Hell before Lorenzo is his teammate so, that leaves Yamaha with a connondrum, do they give a shiot about what Vale wants or not? Rumor also has it that they will move Lorenzo to the Tech-3 team with works bikes and better tires (michelin or Bridgestone?... who knows). So if the latter is what's going to happen then, yeah, T-S has probably made a good move because he will at least get to ride a Rossi hand-me down bike (2nd Generation) and not a 4th or 5th generation bike like Guintoli & Tamada are rumored to be riding.

I am liking the rumor mill this year more than ever and I don't know why that is.

I dig Toseland... He's pretty aggressive when he rides and is a blast to watch. Should be good for him to get a chance in GP but will miss him at the SBK level. Been a good season to watch those boys scrap it up...

He can always return to WSBK. Did they say who was gonna take his spot?

IMO I think it's a bad move. With rumors of Pedrobot bailing on Honda, I probably would have tried to nab that spot.

Dani has resigned. Chris V still at Suzuk with rumors of Spies going over. Good move for TS??? Not sure. If Yamaha steps up and off Dunlops maybe.

I heard they won't be on Dunlop. Don't know what it will be, just know it won't be Dunlop.

Mark my words, Lorenzo and toseland will pair up with Official back-up (at least for Lorenzo, toseland is a toss up yet) and they will be good to go.

I think that Spies will be there but for 2009, although, he really does not have much to prove by staying in the AMA for one more year unless suzuki wants to milk some sort of cow by retaining him there.

I am hoping that AMA Honda will give Hogdson Duhame's ride until the end of the season. Hayes would be another candidate but he's still withing championship contention and it would be stupid to put him there.
