I know right....
2 Ducati on the front row? Did ducati fix their machine?
Rossi and Lorenzo push back a row? It makes you wonder if those two are getting frustrated and making mistakes.

Repsol still on top but Marquez back to fourth... I didn't get to see it. What the hell happened?

Got shuffled back at the start and through the opening corners, settled into a race pace but couldn't recover the lost ground - didn't seem to have the bike under him to glide up behind those in front and just plant himself between their bike and the corner, in his usual style. The weather has been weird all weekend, perhaps they couldn't match tyres to the track conditions adequately well.

They are staying at Brno for testing, will be interesting to see what times come from it.

A combination of the softer option tyre and a tow from Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda) had Iannone just 0.141s from the pole setting World Champion.
The Ducati guy's remind me of when Doohan was dominating and Criville & Shinichi Ito would get a great tow and put the bike on the front row only to get blown away in the race. Nobody has been able to tame a Ducati since Stoner!

Whore Hay almost caught him. Another half a lap and things would have got interesting. I'm not a big fan of Dani, especially after crashing out Nick in 06. But I'm still proud of him winning that race. He was on fire.

My respect for Dani went up hugely in the 2nd part of 2012, where he had a whole series of events where he raced and flat-out beat the field - could have taken the title but for a couple of DNF's. I thought it all spoke well for his future, but then MM joined the fun in 2013, and the game changed.

Could be that Dani is rebuilding again, but MM seems to have the measure of them all, everything else being equal.

Dani doesn't get much love around the place, but you don't get 27 poles and 26 wins in MotoGP just by turning up and pulling on yr leathers...

But he can't and won't win the title, this year or ever.
Just like Max B couldn't.

I've been a Pedrosa hater, but I have to admit, his racing has gotten better. Ballsier passes, a lot more aggressive.

But if Repsol Honda is feeding you grapes and wiping your ass with silk toilet paper, the wins do tend to come easier. Just about anybody on the grid could pull off something with that kind of support.
