Are you ready boots?

I sure miss hearing that sweet Asian voice asking "Are you ready boots?"

Supposedly it's an homage to Rossi who has a tradition / superstition and reaches down and touches his boots before getting on the bike. It's speculated that he asks his boots the question, "Are you ready boots?"

Following that logic shouldn't they also ask "Are you ready crotch?"

Only Max Biaggi touched himself there. He saw Rossi touching his lucky boots, and being the one-upper he is, the crotch was the choice.

Not any more unusual than anyone else I guess. I just usually post the first thing that pops into my head. Usually amusing to me, not always so for others. I just remember the battles Rossi used to have with Biaggi, and Max always wanting to beat him at anything. Max is an ego-centric peronality to begin with.

Are they not still using that tag line? I thought they were!

Although it seems like an eternity since the last race!

I'm pretty sure it's gone Alan but I will listen closely. Maybe they shuffled it.

Hey Jetblast, looks like that phrase came from this song: (at 2:25 or 15 seconds from the end)
