When I saw the T-Bird in Cycle Mag I shouted what a great looking bike and made everyone in my family see it and get their opinion. I am thinking of asking Satan or is it Santa for it..... hehe
I think its in the 12-13,000 range. It looks pretty nice, they have some extra pics of it on their facebook page that arent on the website. Can't wait to see it in person

I'm a couple months thru my "beginner bike" phase, looking for my first "for real" bike. I thought I wanted a 919 or Bandit, but the more I ride my Honda the more I think I'm more interested in a "sporting cruiser" than a "standard sportbike". I think I'll stick to open track days and time trials in my Mustang for my G force fixes. Triumph seems to be launching this with a lot of accessories (ala H-D) that include some nice performance enhancements.
I'll be watching for a demo ride, that's for sure..

I have tons of seat time on the speed master. My buddy had an 06 and recently bought the fuel injected 09. If you are going to ride solo... a set of pipes and the bike feels complete (I recommend the bub slash cut pipes)
If you are going to have a passenger... You might was to look into a new seat and sissy bar.
The stock seat is a 'gunfighter' seat and is ready for your passenger to slide off the back!
Looks too much like a Harley. They should have gone with the dual headlights and made that a Triumph trademark. Stick a v-twin in it and it would look identical to any other cruiser on the market... Except for the Rocket. Now that is a wicked looking bike. The Rocket handles like crap though. I test rode it last year and was scraping the floor boars at what felt like 37 degrees lean angle.

I don't know about the Harley thing... they don't have anything watercooled except the Vrod. None of their bikes have pipes that exit like that, or a motor set up like that. You know on the other hand most "Harley" guys can't tell one of ours apart either!
