Cruiser question...Well, Honda one in General

Okay all, so i was looking under the tank of my 750 Shadow Aero, and HOLY CRAP! How much shit can they fit under a tank? The 919 is bad, and the Shadow is right up there. My question is do they make a PAIRs block off plate for it? Is it the same as the 9er? Can you even take the emissions stuff off of it? Hopefully someone on here has had one and knows. This Cruiser business is new to me. Thanks.
