Stupid 18" back wheel!

No modern radials available anymore. The Pilot Road used to be perfect for this bike, but no longer avail in 18. I have Pirelli biasply tires on it now. They ride great, but aren't zr rated for the track.
I bought a back wheel on evilbay from a same year gpz1100. Same style, but 17". Any 150 tire will go on (Pilot Road or Dunlop 205). Too bad the 1100 had a larger axle. My 750 bearings won't fit in it either (outer diam too small). I'll call the bearing shop tomorrow to see what they've got, otherwise I'll have to find the axle & swingarm eccentrics from the 1100. Delays, delays.

Bridgestone.

I bought 150/XX-18 BT10's for my NSR250. Check em out. I have 18" rear, 17" front full race slicks for the NSR, cheap.

AVON Storm ST (Sport Touring) is available in the sizes you'll need and is supposed to be pretty good leant over as well.
AVON

There's also the AVON Supervenom for 80's Superbikes but that's only available in a 140 rear for 18 inchers. Loved them on my '83 Interceptor.

140 is fine, I'm running the 130 Pirelli now.
Not the width I need, it's the zr rating.

Thanks for the link! I had not seen those. If they're in stock at the tire warehouse (parts boy is checking for me), I will make it to the event next weekend.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention that the Supervenom is only V rated.
