I think it'd be a waste of money. It's hard to go cheap on parts, unless it's an OEM at 50% off. You can't do it the other way around (off brand parts for half price).
I did it with my bar end mirrors, and my adjustable short levers. I hate both. My ASV and CRG lever's I have on my other bikes are so much nicer.

I think the headlight would work, but it probably won't last for long.

Same thing here - Head light for CB400 CB1300 Hornet VTR

I have purchased from the above site and service has been good.

It will be more about the reflector quality on the unit.

For $40 it's worth a try in my book.

Just FYI, there's a 919 headlight on eBay from pinwall cycle.

I'm looking for a headlight to mod with a HID retrofit but I'm too much of a baby to risk my OEM light. I wonder of either of those have glass lenses. Hmmm. Might have to take the plunge.

I saw that and might jump on it... I don't NEED a headlight yet since mine's just scraped and dented not near broken...

Wonder if anybody has bought the levers they offer?
