Got Bored --- my Ebay find....

Was surfing e-bay the other day..... and ran across a light weight Titanium Arrow exhaust canister for an '05 Suzuki GSXR-1000. The auction was a $150 BUY-IT-NOW. Couldn't resist.

The Arrow is deep and low with a growl at higher RPM's, and barely audible at highway RPM's. Its mounted with the mid-pipe, hanger, and bracket from a 2 brothers single sided system.

Very purdy, good score. No offense to 2Bros but I like the look of that Arrow can better!

Another place to hunt for cans is Denniskirk.com - in their closeout section there are often new cans that would suit pretty cheap.

Looks great! Looks longer than stock, so the exit is farther back. Could help with the stink.

Is it possible to order just the mid-pipe and hanger from 2-bros?

Yes, but they have none right now. They will be starting production on them again in 4-6 weeks.

It's amazing what getting rid of the passenger grab rail does to the bikes overall appearance.

Hum.....if only they made a yellow colored shock that would match that pipe......wooohaha. A yellow Racetech sticker on the forks would look pretty damn good too......

Phase #3 is in the works .....

LOL..... You guys are killing me here.......

Was surfing the Classifieds section ---- he, he.... Seriously? A set of EBC Contour wave rotors for $100? (normally $500 a pair) I owe HalfHollerBack a beer --- pay it forward, man!

I also have a set of Titanium/Black PAZZO shorty's on the way......I'll post up more pics when I get everything installed.

Hey arctic, how was the fit between the Arrow can and the Two Bros. mid-pipe. Did you have to modify anything to make it fit?

The mid-pipe is a 2" outlet......the Arrow ended up being 2 1/8" with the Inside having a 1/16" step an inch in. Figured, worst case senerio - I could have and adapter made. Ended up using Black Permetex high-temp gasket maker at the sealing point......been riding for a month now..... Works great. Key here is using the 2 brothers under the tail mount bracket/hanger for the Arrow. Unfortunately, the carbon fiber hanger that came with the Arrow wouldn't work.

I'm sure if you called a couple manufactures, you could figure our for sure what cans/models have a 2" inlet.

I'd say.....find the can you want for cheap....make sure it's close, then make it work.
