Brake pads

It is time for new brake pads for the Ol' 919. When I took the forks off to be rebuilt I noticed they are on there last legs and need changed bad. From what I see on here I'm only going to get OEM pads because I'm sticking with stock rotors.

I tried to google "Honda 919 OEM brake pads" and got nothing but list upon list of shitty shady webpages. Does anyone have a recommendation for webpage I can get the OEM pads at for a good price?

Much thanks,
Andyman.

I run galfer 1375 compound pads front and rear on stock rotors. Works great for me.

I also run a brembo forged m/c, rc51 calipers all the way around, and galfer stainless lines

Now I am looking into stainless steel lines. Is Galfer the way to go?

galfer's are top notch but EXPENSIVE.... seems like you found the G n J brakline thread... i have a set of their smoke lines and they are GREAT quality, definitely worth the buy. and yes they are still around.

as far as pads stick with the OEM's they seem to be the best all round.

also partspitstop.com ... bought a full set of OEM pads (2x front pairs and a rear) for like 98 shipped... the key is to go online, place the items in your cart, so you can see the prices and part number... then CALL them so you get a proper shipping price.... not sure how much ronayers is.

I think the G and J place might be the way to go. I do think I'll save up for a month before I pull the trigger on um. 31,000+ on the 919 and I think they have the original (or close to) brake lines and they are a bit mussy. I'm going to change the brake fluid for the time being, hopefully that will help.
