? about an ohlins shock

i have an ohlins rear shock for a cbr600f2 lying around & was wondering if it would fit my 02 919?

i tried looking at the ohlins website & it says the cbr600f2 uses a ho 115 & it says the cb 900f uses a ho 201.

does anyone know if my ohlins shock will work or should i sell it to get the ho 201 shock or should i sell it & use the money to update my front unadjustable forks to the f4i's instead?

thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure they are different lengths so it would not work on a 919.

completely different shocks, unfortunately. You can send it to suspension pro and see if he can adjust valving, spring and stroke to match 919 but it will cost you.

Personally, I would sell it and get the Ohlins rear shock for the 919. Just put proper springs up front and call it a day.
