.......especially since you can get the Renthal Road bars brand new from Motorcycle superstore for around $50. If you watch, you can even get free shipping.
The stock bars vibrate alot, are heavy, cheaply chromed, and have a very unnatural bend.....

I have two stock bars, not bent, that I am probably never going to use again. PM me for details.

Thanks guys. Just FYI, I want to try a pair on my Bandit. The Bandit bars have a lot of pullback, and force the wrists into kind of an unnatural angle. It looks like the 919 bar might be a reasonable bend on this bike. Worth a try, in any case, assuming it's not going to cost a ton of money.
PM sent, CB

i've thought about bending my bent handle bars into a more wide stance, what are the risks of doing this? if they get ruined, they get ruined and they're already bent so who gives a crap? i'm just curious and am interested in trying it.

He's out on vacation for this week, so just don't be surprised if it takes a while before he gets back to you on this....

Dang, how'd you get them for that price with free shipping?! I just bought UL's from them last week and they were $5 more, and had to get my total to $89 to get free shipping! Grabbed the bar ends and some grips to get there, so no biggie, but still....
I got the grey ones, with grey ends. I really like the look.
