I'm actually in the market for some as well and done a little searching. But it seems there are two kinds people have tried successfully:
TwistedThrottle.com : Handlebar risers (BMW, Ducati, Kawasaki, KTM LC4, Gas-Gas, Honda, MZ, Suzuki, Triumph, Yamaha), rise height of 20mm, 25mm, 30mm or 50mm - by SW-MOTECH - LEH.00.039150
And then these, which go back and up:
GenMar Mfg Handlebar Risers 7/8" Univ - 1" Up 1-3/8" Back Black

I haven't figured yet, just did the research on my lunch break. But I'll be measuring later on and see what fits well with the Corbin. I'm thinking that up and back will work well for me as well, but I'm worried if the cables will reach. Maybe have to ask curiosmike, he's running them.
I did an all-day last Saturday and the combination of higher seat position and low bars strained the crap out of my lower back. And I'm not old enough to have a reason to complain yet.

lol.
I figure removing/re-installing risers is easier than switching back and forth between ULs and stockers...

I'm running them, without stock bars.
No issues as they are.
I don't have stock bars, so I'm not sure how much more slack the cables would need.

It depends on the bars that you have.......
If you have a ton of sweep back.....get the straight up risers.
If you are running a straight bar and want it comfortable for long trips.... get the up and backs.
I have the Tharbars and like to run them pretty straight.....the up and back are the way to go with Rob's bars.....

Let's go!

I have risers that are 1" up and 1" back, the cables work but are taught, I don't think you could go any more than that with stock cables.

My biggest concern with this would be the brake lines - if you have stock brake lines, either it will work or it won't.
With aftermarket lines, you'll have to worry about fork extension ( i.e., hard acceleration ) using up line length.

Thanks for the input gentlemen. I have something similar to Renthal lows or regulars, so it's looking like 1 up and back will probably fit the bill. As for the brake lines, I have some SS that are a bit long so no problems for me there.

As a side note, I notice no adverse handling from the new bar position.
I asked the guy I bought them from if he noticed different handling, and he said he did... a little.
I'm knee down without issue. I've acclimated. I love 'em.

Brake pedal
I'll sell you this one $10 shipped

It's straight but has about a 1/4 inch grind mark on the bottom.
