renthal ul
does anyone have a set of renthal ultra lows they are wanting to part with? not a huge fan of the stock bars and really want to try something else.

id really like to sit with a set to before i bought them but ive heard such great things about them im just going to pick some up. if anything i can dump them off on here if i dont like them.

Hey it looks like you had engine detail done...the case and the top of block right??? I was going to do the same thing with mine, I just wanna do the exhaust first. Looking at $600-$700 for slip ons installed but havent decided witch ones. Kinda small in your pic but they look sweet.

Nope. The 04's and up all had crankcase, clutch and head cover powdercoated a black/graphite color from factory.
And them dang Oz folks got an ENTIRE blacked out engine on a few.

Ok that makes since mines 2003. I just painted those pieces lastnight. Looks pretty sweet. going for chopped stubb side mount exhaust and headers next....woohoo! any thoughts??

The last od the New Zealand ones have a full black engine too. Personally I am not a fan - it looked too blacked out. I'm a big fan of the black and titanium look.
Ultra Lows - just buy a set - you'll like em. Do a search as somewhere on here I posted a picture of UL's against the stock bars. Basically they are wider, lower and further forwards - you get a more aggressive lean forwards when riding.
